| Sales Agreement |

This agreement is made and entered into by and between Kidd Yorkies,
hereafter "Seller", and the undersigned "Buyer", for the purpose of setting forth the terms and conditions of the purchase of a purebred Yorkshire Terrier (Yorkie), hereafter referred to as "Dog". Buyer will pay for the dog in accordance with the terms of this contract. Dog will be examined by a licensed Veterinarian and accompanied with a certificate of good health before it is released to you. Therefore each sale is final.
This dog is being sold with FULL AKC (American Kennel Club) registration unless otherwise noted in the dog’s description. Full registration entitles the buyer to full breeding rights, and will be noted on the registration papers.
Seller will provide Buyer with a medical chart detailing treatment dog has received under Seller's care and future care Seller feels is essential to dog's well being. A health certificate from a licensed veterinarian will be provided to Buyer at time of sale. Seller recommends no rabies shot on said animal until the age of 5 (five) months unless required by local ordinance of Buyer's residence.
If air-freight is requested by Buyer, a $270 shipping fee will apply. Arrangements must be made by the Buyer, to pick up dog from the designated airport. Dog will not be delivered to buyer's home address. Dog will be shipped directly to airport nearest shipping address, and must be claimed by Buyer at the airport.
This Agreement shall constitute the entire Agreement between Seller and Buyer.
